水泥房子，作为一个旧建筑改造项目，不禁有人好奇于它原始的模样。
作为老建筑翻新项目，如果有人对其原始外观感到好奇。
而新与旧，过去与现在，水泥房子的改造前后对比，也使人赞叹设计的力量。
And new with old, past and psent, of cement house transform before and after contrast, also make the force that the person admires a design.
水泥房子共有四层，一楼是咖啡厅，二三四楼是轰趴馆，可以享受不同形式的聚会与休闲，同时体验感也是十分独特的。
The concrete house has four floors, the first floor is a cafe, the second and third floors are home parties, you can experience different forms of parties and leisure.
惬意是一种感受，不论在室内还是室外，惬意是空间与使用者之间的共鸣。在水泥房子的庭院里，这种共鸣是最易出现的。
Comfort is a feeling, whether inside or outside, it is the resonance between the space and the user, which is most likely to occur in the courtyard of the concrete house.
灰色始终贯穿，而三颗透着新绿的香樟，铺满黑色石子的景池，微荡的摇椅，瘦长的条桌，互动感十足的镜子，诸多元素的融合使这里成为一个极佳的观光打卡场所，高级而包容，每一帧的画面都不会令人失望。

软装设计中选用的活动家具、挂画、器物、绿植，各自有着不同的文化特征、形态结构、色彩质感，在体现出彼此差异性的同时却又不相矛盾，与整体气质自然融合，使灰色的水泥更富有层次感与生命力，提升了整体空间的质感。
In the soft decoration design, the movable furniture and painting implements are planted with green plants, which have different cultural characteristics, morphological structure, color texture. 水泥房子是要慢慢去探索的，四层阳光露台是整个空间动线中的最后一处，长桌、烧烤台、绿植以及大面积围合的玻璃窗。
The concrete house is to be explored slowly, the four-storey sun terrace is the last of the whole space moving line, the long table barbecue terrace with green plants and the large enclosed glass window.
