The new office space is more than 50000 square feet and spans the 4-story community of the mixed use complex in San EFIG, Bohemia. The challenge is to find a strong concept to connect this global company with the traditional young capital of Minas Gerais. Interior design integrates graphics and lighting to explore the tension between local culture and Google culture in a subtle and complex way.

Unlike traditional office designs, public areas take up almost as much space as formal work areas.. Leisure space is used as a work space, in which the material is digital: transparent glass, privacy screen and smooth surface, so as to immerse the space as much as possible. In community space, materials refer to the culture and landscape of Minas GIRAS: tactile materials, textures, earth tones, lattices and grids. Choose a palette and lighting solution based on strengthening the binary concept: Blue cold tones dominate in the work area, while red warm tones dominate in the public area.

The pattern design of the glass surface of the conference room meets the requirements of transparency and privacy. Collect the real climate data, generate a layer of enlarged information map through parametric design, and produce unexpected aesthetic effect. Data related to humidity, pcipitation and wind come from Belo Horizonte, while barometric data are global, producing different cloud effects at each layer.

As a pioneering and complex technological process, the plants of biological communities are cloned and cultured in vitro, and have the ability to indicate subtle changes in air quality. Local species breeding is an innovation in the social context, involving hundreds of families who were pviously committed to extortionism in inland areas.

Cafes and restaurants are a crucial space in Google culture, and Minas Gilass strong reference to food is its starting point. Inside the cafe, on shelves in the United States, 2116 cans contain the specter of minerals found in Minas GIRAS. In different recipes, they are combined to form a very local and automatic palette, which serves as a large periodic table containing elements of the surrounding landscape, with 200 tones.

Multifunctional exhibition and visitor center, Amazons iconic and completely unique insertion into the Seattle Center. The exhibition reveals the complexity of architecture and engineering, as well as the idea of bringing people closer to nature every day in the city center. The 3883 square foot exhibit is located at the bottom of the sphere, providing an air passage for the circular building. Visitors will not see anything in the sphere. In the interptive and immersive experience, the extreme close-up and intimate scenes of plants.

The experience begins at the entrance with a curved, organically formed porch made of Venetian plaster. Entering the space itself, a series of high-definition screens surround you, providing panoramic video of the movement of plants and trees, along with audio tracks that evoke natural sounds. At different locations, visitors standing in front of the huge video wall can hear stories about plants in the sphere, which sound like whispers through the forest.

The design challenge is to evoke drama and miracles. In one place, the physical space is terrible: huge pipes occupy a large part of the ceiling, there is a column in the center of the space, and the natural light is very limited. Hidden piping systems and equipment will be spectacular in the psence of custom designed hexagonal Polo plywood. The venue is very flexible, and the solution is to put everything on wheels so that the space can be changed during a speech or a party.
